Bio

Bare Dubs records formed in summer 2006 to support the already well established free dubstep and grime mix download site Barefiles.com. The website has grown from a free download site to a vital part of the community providing forthcoming talent the same opportunities of exposure as those of more established artists by allowing people to submit their mixes. In summer 2007 an online shop was launched exclusively selling digital tracks from Bare Dubs along with merchandise and records from Bare Dubs and many other labels. Bare Dubs' aim is to release tracks from producers around the world that have previously not been given the opportunity to release on vinyl. Deapoh, the 19 year old behind Barefiles.com and Bare Dubs, set off the label with 3 limited edition 10" records. Being different from the usual 12" records, the size and label name denotes that of a dubplate. The releases from 004 onwards are being pressed onto 12" records exposing artists from countries such as Australia, Finland, Sweden, America, the UK and many more countries.

Each release is mastered at Transition Mastering Studios and distributed by S.T. Holdings Ltd.
